Can anyone tell me how not to lose my temper, when hard-core Demoncats start complaining about this kind of stuff?
When I mention it is the Democrat Party that pushes this agenda, they act as, if I am nuts, and laugh in my face.
I have lost 2 very good friends over politics, in the past 10 years. They refuse to believe the truth, and don't even want to hear the truth.

I think that you make a major mistake, making this a Republican Democratic issue. I wish that it were, at least in the sense that one party would take a clear cut stand against it. But neither has! And your focusing on politics will tend to defeat your point with people whom you are trying to convince to help clean up the schools.
On the other hand, I think that local candidates would be well advised to take this up, stand up to the expected smears from the media, and persist until at least in their own communities, they prevail. But in this, as in many other areas of modern American life, it looks like Conservative citizens are going to have to find a way to lead the politicians, not the other way around.
