Let the Italians take over Albania and Kosovar Albania in a 20 year mandate to christianise it completely. Then, when the Albanians have returned to the Christian fold (from which they were forced to convert by the Turks), the Italians leave.

I doubt that anyone could force the Italians into it...
...but they could perhaps act as international monitors while the Serb army stabilizes the area.
