Mountjoy responds, “This bill does not prohibit Mexican consulates from issuing whatever ID they choose.”

Mexico uses a different ID completely --- the IFE card --- they don't use the matricula card in Mexico as ID --- they are demanding and getting authority over the USA and our laws.

What on earth has happened to America? State after state stands by while Mexico makes fools of us all. Doesn't anybody out there understand what is going on? Once our country is lost to Mexico, how are we to get it back?

Doesn't anybody out there have enough brains to think ahead to what is going to happen if these people aren't deported and our borders closed? They are anti-American invaders invading this country, and our president loves it. Unbelievable.

Follow the dinero, Pancho! Illegal criminal Mexican aliens working in the US stripped the US economy of more than $10 billion which they sent back to Mexico where Fox and his thieves took cuts as it flowed into and out of the central bank.

Mexico does NOTHING that is of any help to the US! NOTHING!! The are arrogant and have so little to be arrogant about. Why Bush tolerates this Mexican BS is beyond comprehension!!

What's worse is that no committment given by Fox or any other Mexican is worth last week's frijoles. They lie and reneg and renegotiate and lie some more.

I guess it will take another kerrorist attack by Saudis who have snuck across the border to force Washington to meet its constitutional obligation and defend the southern border.

Hey, foxy lady! I don't know the answers. I hate that both parties positions amount to the same result. One's doing it for money, the other just 'cause they're stupid. Well, they like money, too. Guess that's why we stick with the smart ones. It sucks.

I was driving along the freeway here in Houston the other day and passed the Mexican Consulate. You couldn't miss it, they had their name in huge letters for those on the freeway to see, just like a place of business. None of the other consulates here look like the Mexican one.

So many want to pretend that this "influx" is not affecting our lives. It's just not effecting the ones that "matter" ...yet. I recently sold my home of 30 years. Nice neighborhood, 2 acre lots. This was in So. Oregon, where the population is over 20% "hispanic" already. (That's something else that ticks me off...why can't we call a person from MEXICO a MEXICAN?? I digress.....About a year before I sold, my neighbor died and her family sold the place to a man who brings in "guest workers". Soon lots of them were standing on the street, music blaring. They "built" 5 or 6 sheds...cardboard, scrap metal, you name it. Then moved in 20-30 goats, fighting chickens, laundry on the front fence and about 15 total were living there when I left. This was a small 2 bedroom place. The place was destroyed within a month. I had to sell for about $50,000.00 less because of it. My daughter and son-in-law built a $300,000.00 house next to that place...they got $185,000.00. If you don't speak Spanish, you won't get a job. If you get one, you'll get minimum wage. The county said there was nothing they could do unless they broke "the law". No, they wouldn't find out if they were illegals.

That was not the primary reason I sold my home, however, but I could sure use the $50,000.00.

So, what was the consulate like? I suppose they had to have huge letters so anyone who needs them can find them. Was it in English?
