Former Sen. Borden charged with failure to file income tax Associated Press
March 18, 2004 BORDEN0318
Former Sen. Winston Borden was charged with failure to file income tax returns, the U.S. Attorney's Office said Wednesday.
Borden, who served in the Minnesota Legislature from 1970-1979, was indicted by a federal grand jury on three counts of failure to file income tax returns.
According to the indictment, Borden had an income in excess of $100,000 and failed to file a return for each year from 1997-1999. The St. Paul attorney also served as president of the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce from 1979-1990.
If convicted, he faces a year in prison and/or a $100,000 fine on each count.

Perhaps, but if he's the 8th cousin of an administrative assistant who once worked near the White House, what do you think the headlines would be?

Hear is a question, if you are required by law to file an income tax return, one the most certainly WILL be used against you should the IRS decide to prosecute you, are you required to sign it and thus potentially be forced to provide witness against yourself?
Does the Fifth Amendment protect you against being compelled to provide evidence against yourself?
I say get rid of the whole damned unconstitutional, coersive, punish the successful, communist system and replace it with a national sales tax where the government gets only one chance to tax anything.

Yep that's usually the most common identifier. Notice how the press was reluctant to mention what political party that traitor Lindhauer (SP) was affliated with in work and in media. Yet they scrambled to mention that she's the 2nd freakin cousin of Andrew Card?!
The Media (no liberal bias. . . really . . .)
