BALDERDASH and Poppycock, Senor Gonzalez...did ya fergit the Cold War?! Reagan upp'd military spending dramatically in the 80's, and made actual, real, non-inflation-adjusted CUTS to domestic programs...a lot of them in fact. Dubyuh's done nothing of the sort.
