Anyone's company could give Annan a humanitarian award. It's only the right thing to do when Annan promises to promote your company's product./sarcasm/

How wonderful for the Heinz company to have a powerful friend like Mr. Annan.
He can make sure a nutritional supplement, that Heinz manufactures, gets distributed to starving people
He can stall and criticize US attempts to free starving people from corrupt dictators.
He can mismanage an organization that corruptly mismanages a food program for those people.
Just think, if Castro continues to be propped up, and continues to starve his people, they might get Supplefer, too.

(Lend a moment of silence, for those who starved in Iraq, due to corrupt UN OIL FOR FOOD program)
