Is the threshold for banning something really whether or not somebody needs it?

As long as you support the freedom for kids to wear swastikas to school also --- they wouldn't need to wear them --- it's a freedom of expression thing I guess --- but if one can be banned the Muslim radical symbols can also be banned. Islamics are just a different form of Nazis.
