What is sad, this far before the election--and before the campaign really gets started in the traditional sense--so many are already figting the November election, and tuning out very serious questions effecting long term choices for the land we love, and her rooted populations.
To criticize Mel Gibson for expressing doubts about the President, is to suggest an intellectual straight jacket that you will find very hard to sell outside certain circles. The unwillingness to even discuss doubts, on the part of some here, will not squelch those doubts, it will simply anger a lot of people who are still your potential allies in November. It is about as stupid politically as the nasty remarks of Karl Rove to Tom Tancredo, which have already cost the ticket votes this fall.

That's all fine and dandy, warm and fuzzy in the protected womb of perfect political world, Ohioan.
But this is the real world. In the real world there are two viable choices, Bush or Kerry.
And JMO, Bush is a lot better on the most important issue that we as a nation face now. The danger of islamofascist terrorists who want to kill and destroy the US.
You may not like it, but those are the facts as of 3/15/04.
Could you post a reliable link about those "remarks" and second I still can't understand the 1% of people who make immigration their #1 topic why they would sit out when Kerry is 1000 times worse than Bush on immigration.
I know it is that pesky real world again.
