As far as unions go, I'm rather neutral.
The best managed businesses operate in a fashion where the employees perceive no benefit in organizing. But there are also mismanaged corporations where employee abuse is best held in check by formal organization of the labor force.

You can post whatever it is you please, but it doesn't have to be factual. You can escalate the insults,couched in sort of soothing words;however, when bluntly called on it,all of a sudden you are the "victim". Well, that isn't quite how it works. You lied. I said you lied. You don't like my "tone". Ergo, I should have used a different word. Which would you prefer......perjury( oh no, that's when someone lies under oath),wanton dissembler,perfidious speaker of untruths? Well, I think all of that went out the window when the "Made in Tokyo" label hit the shelves. First the junk toys, then the cameras, transister radios, calculaters, electronics, computers, etc, etc, etc. By the way, where are your shirts made? Kinda hard to put it all back to the way it was pre WWII.

The list of products that COULD be made in American rather than what SHOULD be (or is worth our time) is infinite.

I guess Willie still wants to pay $30K plus benefits to have Americans manufacture toasters, Happy Meal toys, weave $4 packs of underwear, etc.

Oh, but wait, then we won't have those products any longer because under our freedom and free market system, there isn't going to be anyone buying a $30 toaster any longer, or $20 for 3 pairs of briefs, and McDonald's won't give away toys that cost them $3 to buy. Oh, but we can't bother to discuss all those jobs lost anyway because they are overpriced and have outlived their usefullness.
