I just heard on FOX news that Geragos is planning on using the movie "The Fugitive" as a defense for Scotty.

I've never been convinced that Dr. Sam Shepherd didn't kill his wife, though I haven't really kept up with his case.
After a second trial, or was it an appeal of a guilty verdict?, Claus von Bulow was found innocent of attempting to kill his wife with insulin injections. His new attorney, Alan Dershowitz, introduced enough reasonable doubt for acquital.
The interesting part of the von Bulow case is that his wife, Sunny, remains in a coma, but still lives. Claus could be tried again for murder when she dies.
Gerargos must know the police have no evidence re: the jewelry, so he's making burglary the motive?
