Thank you so much.
I feel like a bit of a hypocrite by asking this, but it's not for me. I'm not a very religious person, but I do believe in God. My little sister (who is only 26) has just been diagnosed with cancer. Apparently it is in stage 4, which is very dangerous. She has to get into surgery immediately or she is in trouble. Unfortunately, she doesn't have any insurance coverage or money. Our family is trying to find a way to get her into surgery right away. I ask that you please pray for her recovery, she's going to have quite a fight ahead of her.
Thank you everyone for your time.

Prayers for you, thecabal, and your sister, that God will make a way for her to have the surgery. (I believe He will!)

Prayers for your sister! Where is the cancer?
To: thecabal
Your sister and your family are in my prayers.
Contact charitable orginazations in your area. Sometimes these organizations sponser people who need emergency surgery. Find a teaching hospital, or a hospital that specializes in your sister's type of cancer. Sometimes they receive grant money from corporations and pharmaceutical companies based on a certain type of cancer.
Recently there was a man in our area who needed emergency cancer surgery and didn't have insurance. His plight was broadcast on the news, and he and his family received an amazing amount of donations. People in his area held a fundraising beef and beer night. And people who had seen the newscast sent in money. People want to help. May you and your family stay strong and believe that there is hope. Never lose hope.

Heartfelt prayers for your sister, thecabal.

The state you're in must have some sort of assistance in this case so that she can have her surgery and post op care.
It is possible to beat stage four with many, many prayers and support from family. Sending hugs and lots of prayers to you and your sister. {{hugs}}

Prayers are coming your way and especially your sister's way. 26 is way too young to go through this.
I just happened to have a library book that details money saving tips. Among them the following: certain hospitals and other health care facilties provide free or low-cost medical care to patients who cannot afford to pay. Eligibility requirements are at Hill-Burton Hotline, Health Resources and Services Administration - 1-800-638-0742 (I hope the number is still accurate).
I'm pullng at straws here, but she shouldn't have to worry about the financial end when there is so much more on her mind. Again, prayers are offered for both of you.

You have many prayers coming your way. They can't deny her health care, can they? If she goes through an emergency room, they would have to admit and treat her. I think I'm right about this. Anyone?
Prayers there with all of you. I am so sorry this happened.

I also understand, I am not religious but very spiritual. I am not religious but very Christian. I have found posting a post for help in praying for a loved one see's true miracles here cabal. Have you done that?
I ask the Angels to hold your sister's hand and that they bring the healing power of God inside her. It is so hard to see this happening to a sibling. As someone who knows this, please know I am with you and her in thought!

Any hospital that takes federal money can not refuse her treatment. There is a law Helms-Burton Act (or attached to this bill not sure) that was passed in 1996 for all the illegals that come into our county to get medical care, so no one can be refused. If anybody can get it I certainly want your sister to.
Sounds like she can get disability also. God Bless and May You Find God's Grace and Peace.
