After 9/11 I read a detailed post (on FR of course) about a covert DoD project (in union with some big university in the midwest) that used some sort of detergent mix (similar to Tide of all things,lol )mixed with a vegetable oil and something else mixed in an aerosol and utilized in chem trails to kill anthrax.

I smile when I see the chem trails... I saw lots and lots and lots of them germinated here over the richest farmland on the east coast...the clouds produced of course moved east over the cities. They have an irridescence and refractive quality, picking up colors differently as the sun sets, just as children's bubbles seem to capture rainbows.
