Thank you. I saw that but was hoping someone had a link to the primary source document. I located a graphic image of the letter that went directly to Al-Quds Al-Arabi.

The reason I was trying to do was eyeball the original is because there are two different Arabic characters for "s" and I wanted to see which was used in the original.

One of the "s" characters, the "seen" would give this one meaning, while the other, the "saad", would give it a different meaning.

Ok. I haven't seen an original source link disclosed yet for the letter. It may be that the graphic doc is the original scanned, who knows. Probably in the next few days some jihadi will reveal another Arabic text link. But IH does have what is supposed to be the original Arabic writing of the letter though; there is no link included because most links of this nature are not disclosed by the posters.

SP2BF here is the pdf archive from Alquds Alarabi for 3/11/04. I do not know if the letter is contained in it or not since I cannot read arabic. I hope so.
