WASHINGTON (CNN) -- This week's deadly train bombings in Spain will not lead to a rise in the U.S. color-coded terror threat alert system, a Department of Homeland Security spokesman said Friday.

"Based on the current intelligence, we have no specific indicators that terrorist groups are considering such an attack in the U.S. in the near term," said department spokesman Brian Roehrkasse.

I took it to mean that the tapes are being cut together from old Bin Laden material when there is a need for a new tape to be released.

The repeated mention of the bull in this reminds me of a pic from back in January. Do you remember, where OBL is standing in NY with a suicide bomb pack on and I think a sword that is stabbing a bull. We all speculated that it was to represent Kadafi, but the mentions of the bull here make me think otherwise.

The following is a transcript of the videotaped message purportedly from an Al Qaeda spokesman:

"We declare our responsibility for what happened in Madrid, just two and a half years after the attacks on New York and Washington. It's an answer to your collaboration with the criminals Bush and his allies. This is like an answer to the crimes that you have caused in the world and specifically in Iraq and Afghanistan and there will be more if God desires.

"You want life and we want death that which gives an example of what the Prophet Mohammed says. If you don't stop your injustices, the blood will flow more and more and these attacks are very little compared to what could happen with what you call terrorism.

"This is an advisory from the military spokesman of Al Qaeda in Europe - Abu Dujan Al Afgani."

The reason I'm concerned that Spain is what the bull represented is the close connection in that photo, as if the attacks will happen together.
