Aw damn they took his PHONE CARD? Oh that's a beat-up worthy offense if I ever heard one...*LOL* Phone cards donated from Wal-Mart and the VFW have been one of the only ways I've heard from my husband during this deployment (don't get me started on email...)

(Actually, there's a transcript on the WH website. It was in recognition of International Women's Rights and Laura introduced him. Then he of course teased her a little and talked about her interest in women's rights in Afghanistan)

Doing fine, homemom.

We have about a 7 hour drive to see him at Ft. Campbell, but we don't take him home from there.

We'll pick him up at his Unit a few days later, which is about an hour from here......

Getting stuff ready for his PARTY, and making BIG signs for when he first gets off the plane!
