I too have cried at the loss of a wonderful bird dog. No shame in it.

I wonder what will be said when re-introduced Wolves drag a child away for lunch. These animals are killers and will kill for sport as well as food.

I am amazed at how many FReepers fail to see this as an eco-terrorist problem. Every time a human or domesticated animal is killed by a protected predator, it is a victory for them. At least a few have held coyote hunts.

PS, animals aren't capable of "sport". They do what their instincts tell them to do.
