This is going nowhere.
Whether he was at the meeting or not, the press will portray it as him resigning from the group out of indignation that they would even discuss such a dastardly plan.
He'll come off looking better in the end. Bank on it.

He'll come off looking better in the end. Bank on it.Not unless he reported it to the Secret Service.

One question the media would HAVE to ask him (if they ever report the story) is: Did you report this assassination conspiracy to the authorities?
If Kerry didn't report it, then he's clearly not fit to be president.
If he did, then he's in trouble with the left wing.

But Kerry did not report the plan and he should have. The group was quickly becoming a domestic terrorist organization. It is unconscionable that Kerry would be present at such a meeting and not report it to authorities and then go on to be a member of the Senate.

Ah. here comes the rub. Why did Kerry withold information that directly threatened the lives of our elected officials? This issue, if pursued, could turn out to be a major nosebleed for the pretender!

(I really dislike Kerry and what he represents)

He'll come off looking better in the end. Bank on it. The guy who came up with the assassination plot is named Scott Camil and he confirms he wanted to do it. He also was contacted last week by the Kerry campaign when they were in Orlando, Florida, and they invited him to join them and he's accepted.
Why would the Kerry campaign reach out to such a person?
Because Kerry was revolted at how the man's mind works? Evidently not.

If you are correct and he resigned and disassociated himself from the group, why didn't he report the conspiracy to the authorities?
Didn't he do the same thing regarding the Viet Nam atrocities? Seems we may have a pattern of behavior.
