Published: Sunday, February 22, 2004Debate brews over Kerry's 1971 atrocity allegations By Tom Bowman The Baltimore Sun

For his part, Kerry eventually left the Vietnam Veterans Against the War in November 1971, after 10 months with the organization, increasingly worried it "was becoming too radical," Kerry biographer Douglas Brinkley wrote, noting that his letter of resignation cited "differences in political philosophy." Kerry went to law school and later embarked on a successful political career, becoming lieutenant governor of Massachusetts in 1982 and two years later a U.S. senator.

There's a LETTER OF RESIGNNATION out there?

"Think of the implications. If the mainstream media and major news networks do their homework," Ah, you see there in lies the rub, the main (lame)stream media will NEVER touch this. They only pursue stories of this nature when it involves a Republican. A clear double standard that they press refuses to acknowledge.

doug, we should HIT kerry with this AFTER he has been officially nominated by the democrat convention. This time with names and pictures of the people who saw and talked with him at the meeting to eliminate some senators. With stories like this we're placing ole broadbeam in line to be nominated at the convention, without her having to campaign at all. She will then run the same kind of campaign as she did in NY with no appearances before a "mixed" audience, only an audience hand picked to give the best possible appearance.

Kerry slithered out of the "intern" issue, he lied about tossing his medals, he downplayed terrorism concerns....Now- look at this! If true, he was actually part of a group of people plotting terrorist actions.

There is NO WAY this man should become the President!

This would be a huge story if it was about a Republican.

The media will only jump all over this if they know that Hillary is waiting in the wings to take the candidacy. If not, they'll ignore it.

What's the only crime defined in the U.S. Constitution?

ARTICLE III.

...

Section. 3.
Clause 1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Clause 2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

"It is a fact that in the entire Vietnam War we did not lose one major battle.
We lost the war at home and at home John Kerry was the field general"

- Bob Elder, Swift Boat Veteran For Truth

"I do not believe John Kerry is fit to be commander in chief of the U.S. armed forces,"
said retired Rear Adm. Roy Hoffmann, chairman of the organization.
"This is not a political issue. It is a matter of honesty."

Hanoi Kerry at his "moment of glory."
What a piece of ******
The media WILL NOT mention this book.
I will!
The cover is a insult to Iwo Jima vets,
then it gets worse towards Viet Nam vets.
I was there the same time Hanoi Kerry was.
I served on the destroyer USS Corry DD-817 which supplied Swift Boats (PBR's)
and gave gunfire support in North AND South Viet Nam.
My ship may have even supplied Hanoi Kerry's boat.
I VOW I will do everything I LEGALLY can
to keep this traitor from being elected.
I owe it to those who gave their all.
