Sen. John McCain threatened yesterday to sue the Federal Election Commission if it fails to enforce federal election laws against groups that use "soft money" to influence presidential and congressional races.

"Senator [Russell D.] Feingold is right, use of soft money contributions by '527 groups' whose major purpose is to affect federal elections is not legal," the Arizona Republican said in a Senate Rules and Administration Committee hearing yesterday.

As a natural person, Soros could legally pay for any ads himself, including ads directly supporting Kerry or opposing Bush. He'd just have to forget about committees and do it himself.

Laws, regulations or the Constitution don't apply to the Democrats. We have seen Filegate, Travelgate, foriegn campaign money, technology transfer to China etc. Nothing is safe if they can get their hands on it. They have only one rule, "GET WHAT THEY WANT AT ANY COST"! They believe only "SUCKERS" should be held back by rules! We will still win while they go down in FLAMES!
