This is not a joke. I was searching for something else and came across this vegan Yahoo! group, and this message was posted there. I'm sure John Kerry will heed this grammatically brilliant and well-reasoned effort, and choose his running mate accordingly.

They're referencing lewrockwell.com for an anti-McCain article. LOL!

I'm not impressed by some anonymous lefty who happens to post his/her opinion on a Yahoo! group. If this had been MoveOn.org or a similar biggie left-wing organization trying to orchestrate a pressure campaign to keep Kerry from selecting McCain, that would have been different.

Sure, there would be a segment of far-left anti-war types who would hate having McCain as the Democratic VP candidate. But they'd be swamped by the millions of middle-of-the-road swing voters who would love such a fusion ticket. And most liberal Democrats would swallow hard and support Kerry/McCain, if it meant increasing their odds of beating Bush.

I think this remains a very serious possibility, and I think it represents Kerry's best shot at winning in November. Since becoming President is the only thing Kerry really cares about, he may well choose to go this route.

Seeing as how A.N.S.W.E.R. is involved, why be upset? They're after the best interests of the United States, don'tcha know?
