Actually it is most likely a combination ETA-Al Q attack, or rather a combination of terrorists, mercenaries, and organizational matters between groups/individuals affiliated with the two terrorist groups.

didn't think that "Basque" story was going to last very longI agree. The Basques target officials, police but would not sink this low, murdering scores of innocent women and children. This has Islam written all over it. This could cause a backlash in Spain where emotions can run higher than cooler heads.
