However, every member must put a patch over their dominant eye to insure that no fatal wounds are fired in the first volley.

In this case I think the President should authorize extraordinary procedures to extract information from her about other spies and traitors. It can be done painlessly but it would prevent her prosecution and execution. I want the people behind her. I don't think she was alone.
