he would do worse, but that doesn't matter, its a political issue we are talking about. Kerry can demagogue it, he just has to be "not Bush" on this issue.

Kerry wouldn't do one single thing differently from Bush. Yes he would. He'd raise taxes.
(Yes I know you were referring to outsourcing, but you served up such a softball I had to take a swing.)

Yes he would....he'd completely OPEN the borders....creating an inside form of outsourcing.

Kerry wouldn't do one single thing differently from Bush. Amen. Of course, the reverse is true as well.

Kerry wouldn't do one single thing differently from Bush. Well, you're right in the big sense. There will be some differences in emotionally charged (and mostly irrelevant to the big scheme) political issues though to make things look like the two are doing things differently. Gotta keep the people at odds with each other or the common agenda of both parties (global socialism) could run into a snag.
Gotta admit, the guys on top are pretty darn smart: They keep the majority of the people fooled all of the time.

Bush is driving a stake thru the heart of conservatism in the USA. When he is unelected this nov conservatism in the USA will be dead.
