Opinion piece composer Arkin:Is actual combat in a foreign country the appropriate place to test a new weapon?

Mr Akin, since:
A) The ConFR is wringing it's hands -and-
B) you saw some TV news footage from Iraq {and therefore you are an expert because of what you saw}
-therefore-
You are suggesting that the US Army is rushing this to the field.

May I suggest the following: Volunteer to be a guinea pig for this tool so you can do some better reporting on it, you sanctimonious sniveling little ......

Seriously though, has it occurred to you mr Arkin that part of the usefulness of a pshycological weapon is uncertainty and fear?
Sheeesh!

Heh heh, you got that right. They probably DID quite a few field trials somewhere, but where else is the best place to test a new weapon anyhow? Imagine his report if he actually was exposed to a loud noise or two, if that noise was a military noise?

I'm glad someone besides me made that connection. One of my favorite songs.

I guess Cloudbusting is next.
