[history]
March 9, 2004 -- To hear some folks tell it, families of the 9/11 victims have risen en masse to denounce President Bush for using brief images from Ground Zero in his campaign commercials.
We have no doubt that the use of the images is appropriate - given that the president's leadership in the wake of 9/11, and his conduct of the War on Terror, are under drumbeat assault by John Kerry and the Democrats.

Same thing we've been reading for a couple of days, just a new article with some new insight into what these outraged survivers are connected to. The story is picking up traction. I hope people see how she is trying to get around the new campaign finance restrictions through backdoor influence. Not to mention, exploiting these surviviors of 9/11 for her husbands political gain.

Nasty John the Waffling French Undertaker, who is behind the atatacks on GWB's 9/11 ad, per NewsMax & the American Spectator & now the NY Post.
Kerry, who is personally endorsed by Yasser Arafat, Haiti's Aristide, Iran's Mullahs, Traitor "Red Jane" Fonda, Kim Jong Il, (& Kim Il Jong), Mugabe, Marxist thug Chavez of Venezuela, Castro of Cuba, & France's Jacques Chirac, is a weapon of mass economic destruction.
He'll destroy the troops in Iraq, the War on Terrorism,
& the U.S. stock market with all his negative talk and whiny-leftist-liberal sour-puss troop-bashing, Bush-bashing, America-bashing talk & self-aggrandizing, ultra-negative sourpuss whiny elitist personality.

Think about it,,they fund a group that monkey wrenches construction equipment. Now I can just imagine thousands of farmers all with John Deere tractors, people who own construction equipment, backhoes and such, business people reading this. Can you just imagine the lurch in their stomachs as they read this. Why I only own an espresso machine and the thought of someone monkey wrenching it up fills me with rage!

I'm glad you posted this but you should have identified it as an editorial since it lends more veracity to it. Until I went to the Post website I wasn't sure if this was an editorial or just a letter to the editor. In any event, I would like to see more stories on this scandal. This whole "outrage" bit was STAGED by the Democrats and the media just swallowed it whole. They didn't investigate the background of the group they belong to. Or maybe the media knew but wanted to hide the fact.

Have you emailed this to Fox or Rush or Hannity??? It wouldn't do any good to send it anywhere else, although in Chris Matthews favor he did ask some hard questions of one of those 9-11 family members that was mad...he might bring it up again.

Just saw a Washington Post guy on MSNBC to explain their latest poll showing Kerry beating Bush even with Nader factored in. He said that without Nader Kerry was ahead by 9. Then he asserted that the Bush campaign "stumbled" last week with their ads by including 9/11 footage, causing "even Republicans" to question if the Bush campaign would spend their money wisely.
