How can a satellite company have poor customer service? I have DirecTV and can change my programming package over the internet and see the change in 10 minutes. I can, if I want, get HBO for one evening to see something special. I can order pay-per-view over the internet without having my receiver hooked to a phone line. Does DISH not let you do these things?

It's the same with DISH. I do all I need over the internet. It's not a problem at all.

Things break, or you want to talk to a person sometimes.
