I need help being able to access realtime scores online during March Madness. My anal employer is rationing out access to sports-related internet sites... 60 minutes per day. Is there any way to backdoor this? (Perhaps the major sports sites should take this into consideration during March Madness.)

Little help, please!

I would suggest you use a cellphone with internet access.

Take two aspirin and call someone who cares, there is something obscene about grown men running around in knee britches and dribbling.

you could go to a general news site - or are they key-word filtering? There might also be a service that will e-mail you scores...and some cell phones are capable of having scores sent to phones

Wow, we'd be reprimanded if we were caught surfing sports scores at work. You'd better appreciate the boss you have now.
Why do you "need" to do this?
To: Focault's Pendulum
Concur with his impending doom? Yes. Concur with being bitchy about limited internet access on the job to support an office pool? Nope.

For three straight years my team has entered the conference tournament on a Wednesday having to play a noon or 2:00 PM game instead of during the evening session. Could I 'watch'? No.
You appear to be screwed....

My 12-year-old son suggested that I copy the code of the ticker and save it on my work computer as a website (a dot html file).
Will that work?
To: Petronski
Concur with his impending doom? Yes Pretty much what I meant.

His other alternative is to 'get sick...' and polish his resume.

Why do you "need" to do this? Number one, because I work my a$$ off
Number two, if you don't readily understand the beauty of March Madness, you've never lived.

Are you going to share your winnings with the company? Yes, as soon as they start sharing their profits with me.

His other alternative is to 'get sick...' and polish his resume. Damn!!! You beat me to it..
Although with the new resume he should add the caveat....Reason for Leaving Last position..."I Doomed Myself".

Geez, chill out, you're asking for help cheating your boss. Just say so and quit trying to make it sound like your due.
