Kerry is determined not to lose Florida's 27 electoral votes in a swamp of recounts and recriminations this fall, vowing to mount an early legal challenge in any district that might repeat the problems that bedeviled Democratic supporters in 2000.

I almost giggle with satisfaction when I think of how only a few months from now I get to watch some lefty anchor's face pale when he has to call Florida for Bush. I saw a poll today that showed Kerry beating Bush by a large margin in Florida.
It just amazes me that anyone could vote for this flip-flopping sanctamonious bag of wind.

You have to understand that polls are heavily skewed in the liberal direction because they are far more likely to be available to be polled than conservatives, who work and have families. I used to budget a 7 point shift, but over time it seems the difference between the polls and the election results is getting larger.

There is something very odd at his center.
Like all pathological leftists, John Kerry has an excrescence of narcissistic rage...a bitter resentment of competent people who, merely by their exercise of personal autonomy, activate infantile fears of inadequacy...all only semi-conscious, therefore poorly controlled, and organized around a psychotic core.
Yes, John Kerry is an unbalanced and dangerous man.

Maybe his words could be used in a campaign ad using Reagan's words,,there you go again,,sort of a do we want another recount situation thing. And use "The Entertainer" as background music with a cut to a graphic of "The Sting - Part II"

they chose the touch screen machines that are too complicated for democrats to operate. And they cannot be recounted Even worse - they are frightfully susceptible to vote fraud. The touch screens are a terrible system that just encourage crime.

"We're going to pre-check it, we're going to have the legal team in place. ... We're going to take injunctions where necessary ahead of time. We'll pre-challenge if necessary," the four-term Massachusetts senator said. Without even a hint of a problem, Kerry is ready to do a Gore on us. I can't tell you how angry that makes me. I just sent another check to Bush-Cheney '04. Contesting elections in the Courts is absolutely not my idea of the democratic process of elections in America and the fact that Kerry is talking about it, 8 months in advance just fries by a$$. The jerk.

This time, conservative FL panhandle voters will continue voting EVEN AFTER Dan/Tom/Peter exit polls show that Kerry's the winner.Haven't they changed the way they are going to cover election night, with no calling of a winner before all the votes have been cast?

I've noticed, and just like every other A-hole like him I've ever known, I sit quietly and smile as they speed toward their demise at Mach.Howard Dean definitely comes to mind. I think Kerry is even worse than Dean. I got a kick of Dean, but Kerry is just an obnoxious jerk.
What gets me is how the Dems say they are for the 'working man', yet their nominee is a trust fund kid married to an heiress. LOL

Forewarned is forearmed, this lot is going to use every pre-emptive dirty trick in the book, witness the media's "Kerry strikes back at Cheney accusations!"
The role played by freepers and the internet is going to be more important than ever this november.
We cannot afford to allow scum like Kerry assume power.
My best to you. T.

Guess what! WE DEMAND no Florida redux...or Wisconsin redux or Jeffords redux or Cook County redux or New Mexico redux or New Jersey redux or.........!
And of course the article includes the second important decision by the USC (5-4) while having the standard ommision on the first decision in regards to the issue of equal protection (7-2). There would have been no 5-4 if there had not been a 7-2. Hey - gonna make that my new tagline.
