Peaceful Tomorrows is a group largely funded by the wife of the RAT weasel running for president. Their outrage over the Bush ads was a setup on the media.

You have two choices: 1) sit there and complain, or 2) make the call and send the email. If you won't take two minutes to make the call and send the email, I will not take your complaining seriously. It really isn't that difficult to do.

I spoke a few hours ago with a senior chief in Virginia. He verified that Jameel Rashid is a real member of the Coast Guard assigned to a Cutter. He was not pleased to hear what this clown was doing. I have feeling that an anti-war protestor is not long for the service.

Our local guy gave it a brief mention in his opening monologue. But didn't go into big details. He spent most of his monologue reading hanoi john's record to his listeners. Sent them to Newsmax.

I was able to score one for the good guys today when Sandy Beach of WBEN Buffalo put me on the air to tell the world about this! I had to hold for a very very long time, had the baby in the car screaming because he was so overtired, but I was able to get every point out on the air - The Tides Foundation (and their other leftist causes), Teresa Heinz's connection, the liberal media giving it so much attention, and finally added that when she is scrutinized more closely by this country, it's going to be quite shocking what is found out.

I also mentioned during the call that John Kerry has a campaign commercial from a while ago with him standing in front of the Vietnam Wall with the names of those lost (I'm sorry I don't know the formal name of the wall.)

Sandy agreed with everything I said and was pretty much basing his show around the fact that the media is biased and giving Kerry a pass and Bush was being unfairly bashed!

A print reporter (sorry, didn't catch magazine name) was on. He brought up the Firefighters' Union having endorsed Kerry. Its president has apparently been out on the campaign trail with him quite a bit.

He also brought up the Peaceful Tomorrows group and how they had been vigorously anti-war/anti-Bush, even so far as going to Afganistan(sp?) to visit with the 'victims' of our military operations. He also brought up the Tides Foundation and its financial links to Theresa Heinz Kerry trusts.

The next segment is covering moveon.org and Citizens United.

I just finished reading that thread from four years ago - I had no idea this Bauerle interview happened, since I moved to Buffalo in 2001. My husband just finished telling me what a big deal it was to everyone here.

He now does the midday show on NewsTalk 930 WBEN (yes, right down the hall from his former WGR - they are owned by the same company!!) He's probably the best local talk show host I've ever heard, and I've lived in a lot of places. I email him a lot of stuff when I can contribute to his daily topics, and oddly enough I've told him in emails that he should check out "a website called Free Republic.com!"

I'm so glad he's an honorary FReeper!!! I knew there was a reason I loved his show!
