Today at the Western Whitehouse in Crawford, Texas, President Bush continued his visit with Mexico President Vicente Fox, where the two leaders help a joint press conference. Bush, accompanied by wife Laura, also gave Fox and his wife a tour of their ranch property. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Needless to say, none of the networks covered it.
Either the bias of mainstream media is getting worse, or I am become more aware of it.
It is getting disgusting and unrelenting.

" I have to believe this was a tough trip home for W....without Spot on the ranch."
I read that Spot's remains had been taken back to the ranch, after her death. I believe the Democrats would have called for a Watergate type investigation if any government planes had been used to transport Spot,so it was probably done privately and quietly.
Our beloved Springer is buried in the flower garden that he helped me work, every spring of his 16 years.
I imagine that President and Mrs Bush also have a special resting place on the ranch for Spot, besides in their hearts.

Perfect quote to lead this thread!!!
. . . and, no, I'm not even going to attempt subtlety -- the President looks absolutely AWESOME in his blue on blue denim (these pixes warrant a quadruple fan alert)!!!!!

Thanks for this picker-upper! Aren't those pictures of the place President Bush said he wanted his daughters to have their weddings?

It is definently getting worse, and also much more brazen.

As beautiful as the ranch is, I would love to see a White House wedding (or two). I'm old enough to remember the Johnson girls, and the Nixon girls and their White House weddings. It may be hokey and corny, but those weddings were all beautiful.

tom, hope you're feeling better. Somehow, reading of your disgust at what's being shoveled at our President, I have the feeling that you're going to be fine because you feel well enough to BE disgusted. If you were apathetic about all of this, it would indicate that you're not feeling well at all.
Prayers are going out for you.

I recommend that you bookmark (and even print) the following articles -- they provide the seminal insights/arguments we need as we continue to battle the DEMONcrats and their media enablers:
DENNIS PRAGER
In this article, Prager identifies the two wars that we must continue to fight (and win): The War against Islamic Terrorists and the War against Secular Terrorists!
http://www.townhall.com/columnists/dennisprager/dp20040302.shtml THOMAS ROESER
In this article, Roeser explains why "With 10 months left in his first term, George W. Bush has already become one of a handful of the most important presidents in U.S. history. He toppled two pro-terrorist regimes, sparing America from further incidents of terrorism; revived the economy, and now leads a defense of traditional values by initiating a constitutional amendment to prevent runaway courts from junking the multi-millennia-old concept of marriage."
http://www.suntimes.com/output/roeser/cst-edt-roes06.html You can also visit a thread featuring this same article:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1092076/posts TONY BLAIR
In this speech/editorial, PM Blair eloquently explains why Sept 11 made Iraq's liberation necessary!
http://www.opinionjournal.com/extra/?id=110004783 FOR ALL CONSERVATIVE CATHOLICS/CHRISTIANS
The following URL provides a link to the Catholic voting guide for the 2004 election. In this guide, the Church identifies the 5 non-negotiable criteria for selecting a candidate: A candidate must oppose abortion, fetal stem cell research, cloning, euthanasia and homosexual marriage. [We all know that John Kerry actually SUPPORTS all of these morally untenable behaviors!]

It's not news when the majority of the people immediately effected by 9-11 support the president....It's only news when something different happens......EX: Babies are born every day and don't make headlines.....It's when a two headed one is born* that the media picks it up....Must have some sensationalism to make the news.....
* I did not say two faced as in J 'F'ing Kerry.
