a little slow posting your news ain'tcha?
A couple of questions:
1) Why did you feel it necessary to post every paper that picked up the the guy's little speech as if it were a separate item? Did you want to make it seem as if there were more than one story?
2) Given that there were roughly 3000 deaths and many more than that victims of the 9/11 tragedy and each of them had family and friends. We'll say 10 friends and or family per victim - a very conservative number, wouldn't you agree? Now out of that number what percentage do you suppose this group of 80 is?
And one observation:
Taking their name from a speech by Martin Luther King Jr. ("Wars are a poor choice for carving out peaceful tomorrows")
A few years before MLK another orator had this to say: "We give up leisure in order that we may have leisure, just as we go to war in order that we may have peace." - Aristotle
a little slow posting your news ain'tcha? Not at all. Mr. Potorti decided to come out today and blast the Bush ads. I went back to find out what else he has been involved in.
Why did you feel it necessary to post every paper that picked up the the guy's little speech as if it were a separate item?I found it instructive to show how his agitprop was echoed by the media. Odds are that he had some help in this endeavor. I am sure Mr. Soros is pleased.
Did you want to make it seem as if there were more than one story?I wanted to show how the media's echo chamber works when they want something to get widespread attention.
Given that there were roughly 3000 deaths and many more than that victims of the 9/11 tragedy and each of them had family and friends. We'll say 10 friends and or family per victim - a very conservative number, wouldn't you agree? Now out of that number what percentage do you suppose this group of 80 is?A small percentage. A very vocal small percentage, with rich friends who have a very distinct (and abominable) political agenda.
Any other questions?
