This is his email page:
http://billnelson.senate.gov/contact/index.cfmEmail form box at the bottom.
HERE IS A SAMPLE LETTER: RE: SUPPORT S.J. RES 26 Cut and paste:
I support the Federal marriage amendment. As your constituent I urge your support to amend the Constitution. Specifically, please cosponsor support H.J. Res. 56 and S.J. Res. 26 when these resolutions should come up for a vote. As you constituent I urge your support to amend the Constitution. Specifically, please cosponsor support H.J. Res. 56 and S.J. Res. 26 when these resolutions should come up for a vote.
This amendment will remove the courts from redefining the marriage based on social activist judges. This will also protect our state from any actions taken or will be taken in any other state. Private sexual behavior should not be the standard which defines marriage. Marriage is a public institution which is how we raise and support societies children. This institution needs protecting by putting into the Constitution what we have today.
This is not the first time the constitution has been used for social issues. All of the Constitution is based on various social issues. This only codifies the law which exists now.
This amendment will remove the Federal Government from this issue and return this topic to the individual state legislatures. The activist courts have made this a federal issue. There are no other options.
Any same sex couple has the legal right to make a private cohabitation agreement, they have the right make powers of attorney and have the right to make health care surrogate directives. These form documents are readily available for nominal cost or free on the Internet. Non of these agreements require any special lawyer help. Marriage under the law is one man and one woman. There is no sexual behavior test. Homosexual rantings to the contrary, their opposition is only attempting to impose public acceptance on what should remain a private consensual behavior.
Please support the support H.J. Res. 56 and S.J. Res. 26, amend the Constitution and protect marriage.

Although this is not an unimportant issue, we should remember to Freep Senator Nelson, Senator Graham, and any others that have ALREADY cast votes AGAINST our 2nd Amendment rights on recent Senate bills.
To: davidosborne; All
THEY ARE TAKING CALLS AT THE NUMBER BELOW.

These are the only two we have.
Nelson is a pragmatist. He needs to know that he will not be given a walk on this. See posts above for contact information.
I was only asked for my zip.

Thanks for all your help...... We as Floridians deserve to know where our Senators stand... we can agree with them and re-elect them.. or disagree with them and vote in someone else.. but NOT taking a stand one way or the other on a fundamental question is NOT an OPTION...... this is not a comprehensive piece of legislation that requires time to study.. it is a YES or NO question that ALL our elected officials need to answer one way or the other....

E-MAIL RECIEVED........
Dear Mr. Osborne:
Thank you for contacting me about proposals to amend the U.S. Constitution to ban gay marriage.
I support civil rights for all, but am opposed to gay marriage. I prefer that the issue not be addressed in the U.S. Constitution, because there is a Federal law giving states the legal right to enact a ban. In Florida, there already is such a law on the books.
As congress further considers this issue, be assured I'll keep your views in mind.
Sincerely, Bill Nelson
P.S. From time to time, our Senate staff compiles electronic news briefs highlighting key issues and hot topics of particular importance to Floridians. If you'd like to receive these free e-briefs visit my Web site at http://billnelson.senate.gov/ and click on the "e-briefs" button.
MY TRANSLATION......
BLAH BLAH BLAH....... Another middle of the road reply... I am OPPOSED to gay marriage but will doing everything I can as a U.S. Senator to advance the Homosexual agenda...
Mr. Nelson,
You know very well that the ONLY way you really oppose gay marriage is by supporting the moving forward of this ammendment process.....
Respectfully,
David C. Osborne 850-933-8511

He has south beach, wilton mannors, ibor city, and key west with active homsexual consituents. We need to keep up the pressure!
Never give up never surrender.
Even if he votes against us, it has to be a vote in the face of OVERWHELMING opposition to his vote. This will help any future opposition because it will show him as out of touch and bending to the will of homosexuals. We win only if we raise our voices.
Nelson KNOWS that no law will stand up to the constitution.
he is on the wrong side issue and against the voters.
THANKS FOR CALLING THIS TO OUR ATTENTION!
(where did i put that can of whoop *ss?)

Nelson stole from the American people to take the ultimate junket. He deserves to be in jail, not the Senate.

STS-61. Every cent of "Mission Specialist" Nelson's training for and weight on that flight cost the U.S. taxpayer money. He stole from the American people, and I may be the only one, but I'll never forget it. Just like I won't forget Jake Garn and John Glenn did, too.
