Help! Kerry used 9/11 in campaign literature for Firfighters Union?
Posted on 03/05/2004 7:08:05 AM PST by Republican Red
On Fox & friends this morning Steve Doucey read an email from a New York Firefighter who wrote that the International Association of Fire Fighters President Harold Schaitberger has been sending out Kerry campaign literature for weeks with images of 9/11.
Is anyone able to get a copy of this? If so, post it here and send it to Drudge.
I am sick and tired of the Presdient being attacked and would like to fight fire with fire.

I heard it too red.
Unless someone with the union gives it up i doubt there will be evidence of it. But if the guy who wrote the letter is telling the truth it wont take long for it to appear.

Can you ping the NY list of Freepers? Or start another thread and use the NY state ping list that's on the page when you post a thread.
We HAVE to get a copy of that.

Justified use by The President.
Let's see them again...
Tomorrow, the first Bush-Cheney television ads will begin running all over the country.
Unlike the Kerry campaign's first ads last September, which included an attack on the President, our first ads are all positive, focusing on President Bush's steady leadership in times of change.
As a valued member of the President's team, you are receiving a special preview of these first three television ads.
To view the ads, please go here:

Great.
Doug - a firefighter on FNC this morning said that every single piece of Kerry's literature sent to his unit contained a picture of 9/11. Can you get a piece of that literature for us?
Considering the Rats attacks against the president for using an image from 9/11, I think it's important we point out the Rats are doing the same thing.

Anybody know why Kerry's ads haven't been dissected and beaten into a pulp? Oh...wait a minute...could it be the liberal media head-in-the-sand-when-it-comes-to-the-Democrats approach?

I heard last night on the Steve Mulsberg show on WABC 770AM NYC clips from an ad that Kerry played in Iowa and New Hampshire where they specifically named 9/11. The Kerry camp itself is exploiting 9/11 for its own political gain.
He said it had been played on Chris Matthews Hardball but as of this morning, the transcript isn't on the MSNBC site yet and I can't find mention of this ad anywhere.
We need to find this AD!!! I heard it, I know it is out there.
The ad said "and years before 9/11, John Kerry sounded the alarm of the dangers of terrorism" or something like that. Basically, implying that if JFKII had been president, 9/11 never would have happened.
When was he sounding the alarm? When he was trying to cut intelligence spending? When he was trying to cut defense spending? When he was trying to cut weapons programs? When exactly was he sounding the alarm of the danger to our national security???
Please, keep searching for this, this is huge.
Here are transcripts for Hardball. As of this moment, they only go up to March 3. I think it must have been the March 4 show.
http://msnbc.msn.com/id/3719710/ Also on that show was a very well spoken young woman who lost her brother on one of the 9/11 flights (he might have been a pilot). She argued very eloquently why use of this imagery by Bush was not only proper but important. She was also a democrat who voted for Gore!!
