This is indeed major news. An immediate application: the book Tour of Duty and its obsequious author Douglas Brinkley. Brinkley is manifestly a political hack rather than historian. This info should be directly brought to bear on the veracity and ultimate intent of this book - publicly and to the attention of its author: "Professor Brinkley, there is some new information on the specifics of Lt.
