Sure, the Dems try to focus attention on the way the information was gathered, instead of on the memo itself.
Why do we let them do it? If it were the other way around, Katie Couric would be talking about the sleezy content of the memo, and it would be front page news that the committee was being used for political dirty tricks. And it is.
If this is the way Dems protect confidential information, what do you think they will do with our National Security information?

I do not believe that the computers were hacked, but that don't matter to the Republicans.
When the democrats say "jump" The Republicans say, "How high?"
If there was only one Republican in the Senate willing to go toe-to-toe and nose-ti-nose with the democrats, what a wonderful world this would be.
The reality of the situation is that if they went toe-to-toe and nose-to-nose with the democrats, the othher Republicans would also attack them.
To loosely paraphrase Winston Churchill: Never have so many been cowed by so few.
