A DAY IN THE LIFE OF PRESIDENT BUSH (PHOTOS): 3.3.04
yahoo.com, whitehouse.gov ^ | March 3, 2004 | GretchenEE

Posted on 03/03/2004 1:35:35 PM PST by GretchenEE

The President is and will be on the road for the next six days. Right now he's on West Coast time, which would make the Dose quite late for Easterners, so I'm posting what's out there, with the expectation that there might be more photos tonight.

President Bush is in Los Angeles today, and will travel in California and then Texas to do some fundraising and receive President Fox of Mexico at The Ranch.

Vice President Cheney reiterated to the press his acceptance as running mate with George Bush for this year's election. It seems he has to keep repeating this because the media doesn't like the answer they're hearing.

Enjoy today's Dose of W, and welcome to Sanity Island.

. . . I know 67 days seems like an eternity, but it really will pass before you know it!!!!!

[We need to plan some AWESOME celebrations -- first for Ohio and Eric, and then for you and Mike!!!]

I know NordP mentioned this last evening -- but it surely did feel GREAT to vote for President George W Bush yesterday! And yes, my county in Ohio (Clermont) gave President Bush OVER TWICE as many votes as ALL of the DemoRATS combined -- and this in a meaningless primary election for Republicans!!!!

And yes, Ohio will be THE pivotal state this year -- so the rest of you Buckeyes had better be getting ready to work some election magic come November!!!

Time for bed! Night all!

Thank you Kayak for adding my folks to the Prayer list. They are just settling in and will be gone for awhile. Those of us making do back at home probably need the prayers too!

You can't have a zillion people running around here with loaded weapons, unless the threat level tells you to, the level here on post is weapon carried, magazine readily available. Also, the weapon being required, is one check to be sure no one has lost it! That Happens.

A significant number of soldiers have been killed here from accidental discharges.

President Bush is in Los Angeles today...
There were only a few FR-related folks at this event today. :(

Fortunately, we had a little help from some OTHER friends:

Iranian-Americans, USC CRs, L.A. FReepers join forces to greet President Bush at Shrine Auditorium

I just got back from an AMAZING rally to support President Bush at the Shrine Auditorium in downtown Los Angeles, right across the street from the University of Southern California.

Wow.
I thought that **I** was intense.
It is a good thing that these Iranian-American patriots are on OUR side. :o)

Anyhow, it woke me from a nap on the sofa..I thought I was having a nightmare!
