They have just now opened a very small PX at my sons FOB in Afghanistan. They had been getting personal items at the local market until the last couple of months. They did put up a satellite recently to allow American news.

My hubby is in Iraq, Balad....he was asked if he wanted one of these copies by one of his troopers who was in Kuwait.

I'm sure Mel and company will remedy this once they hear about it (Maybe they can take it over to Iraq, like Ahnold did with Terminator 3?) .

I agree that this would be a good film for our troops to see. Especially since we ask them to make sacrifices, so we can be safe. No, liberal lurkers , I'm not equating them with Christ, but we ask alot of our soldiers, sometimes even the ultimate sacrifice.)

We don't need the Stars & Stripes hack's gratuitous cheapshots that the film is "controversial" or that "some" say its "treatment of Jews is unfair".

The Bible, the Ten Commandments, the War on Terror, Operation Iraqi Freedom, the U.S. flag and heterosexual marriage are to some "controversial" and "unfair".

What's up with the S & S?

Show the film and they will come--and be stronger for it.

This country is not the sole possession of Mayor Newsom and Rosie O'Donnell and Katie Couric.
