[history]
In the battle for same-sex "marriage," homosexual rights activists have been using civil rights metaphors to advance their cause.
"I am tired of sitting at the back of the bus," said one 37-year-old California man who recently went to San Francisco to "marry" his male partner.

Blacks angered by gays' metaphors And so they should be. So am I who am not black. The gays defining themselves as a 'civil rights cause" trivialize the momentous progress America has made in race relations.
Besides, radical homosexuals aren't just interested in marrying as heterosexuals do....they want to completely destroy marriage as the basis of civil society.

There's no other group in the world that defines itself by a narrow definition of what the members do with their sexual organs. Blech!

There may be some who will stand against "same as status", but hey now we have Haiti.

Bingo:
Blacks have always been the loss leader for the Rats. Whenever the Rats want to advance an agenda, they equate it with the Civil Rights movement, and anyone who opposes them with the guys who bombed the church in Alabama.

I berated an instructor in a company "diversity" program for doing this. He put a powerpoint presentation up on a screen with physical traits that are found in humans, but he slipped in sexual orientation next to skin color of course. I had him looking like a complete fool by the end of the day. What a moron.
I've never understood how someone could take a "job" like that -- let alone make a career out of it -- and maintain any degree of self-respect.
I'd rather squeegee windshields on the street corner than become a "diversity trainer".
If I'm ever coerced into having to sit through one of those Maoist self-debasing reeducation sessions, I'll give the "facilliator" a lovely thank-you gift. A copy of a Simon and Garfunkel song. Simon and Garfunkel are so sensitive, and so forth, don't you agree?
I'm sure Mr. Diversity will enjoy listening to his brand new copy of "Richard Cory". Who knows? Perhaps, after listening to it for a few times, and reflecting on the sorry excuse for a "life" that he uses to beat the actual humanity out of his subjects, he'll take the song's message to heart.
We can only hope... :)

Whores don't limit themselves to a "narrow definition" of what they'll do with their sexual organs.

'Being Black or taking it from the back, we will ride the front of the bus together' appears to be the gays' new motto. geeeeez.
Blacks need to distance themselves from these morons real fast!

"Black pastors understand what's at stake here, and they're not going to put their color before Christ," said Mrs. Parker, whose group, Coalition on Urban Renewal and Education, is helping organize the San Francisco rallies. "You want to wage war with the black evangelical church? You got it."Very encouraging. Maybe someday Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr.'s dream will be realized after all.

No. Homos refer to heteros as 'breeders'. I think to support or condone homosexuality in any way is to support or condone it in every way. It is not a matter of 'civil rights', no matter how many ways they try to paint it.

well said about "breeders"
The key is to keep civil unions out of the federal dictionary. This keeps them away from immigration and taxation and social security and perscrition drugs.
Homosexuals are only about sex. All civil rights claims by homosexuasl are about maximizing sexual opportunities with forced public acceptance.

The Democrats believe in fighting the laws by using people.
Republicans are using the laws to defend the people.
Please vote accordingly.

You had black spokesman all over television this past week end trying to sell that notion to the black population.
When people can overlook the word ABOMINATION and forget what happened to Soddom I say we have lost our way, black, white, brown, yellow or green.
A person can acquire any habit they participate in long enough.

The Rev. Jesse Jackson also has said homosexual rights are not the same as civil rights. "Gays were never called three-fifths human in the Constitution," he recently told Boston-area students Correct me if I am wrong, but weren't blacks called 3/5ths to keep southern states from having more representatives due to the high number of blacks that were slaves. I thought the southern states wanted to have the blacks be counted as 1 person so they would have more strength in Congress. If black slaves would have been counted as 1 person but without the right to vote, the slave states would have had more power than they deserved and the state of blacks would have been worse.

That was different because you had an activist court telling the states what to do.
This is different bcause you have an activist court telling the states what to do.
