If only they'd make it, I'll bet the "Passion of Hillary" would have a better opening. </sarcasm>

Kerry, a Catholic with Jewish ancestry, said he was concerned the film may fuel anti-Semitism.
"I am concerned," he told reporters. "I don't know if it's there or not but there's a lot of it around now. I think we have to be careful."
This guy is even BETTER than clinton at taking BOTH sides of an issue

Re:
Does anyone know who did the special effects for the picture? G.O.D. Productions.
In the "last supper" sceen, did you see the wine? Well, it's really water.
I don't know why everyone is so suprised by the movie. It's screen play is based on a good book that, from what I hear, sells pretty well.
It's a good movie, but the book is even better.

The actor who was Jesus said the special effects came without much effort. He had 18-20 hour days and was even struck by lightning at one point. And about 6 hours of make-up daily. In the process of making the picture, he said many people became Christians as if they never were before.

"Reckon what his position will be on Monday?" It's going to have to be pro-Passion and pro-Christian. I watched NBC Nightly News just to see a story about "Church-gowers and how they vote..." That, mostly conservative. Now, if this movie revives church-going, the the church-going vote for G. W. Bush is going to increase and that worries the liberals. Kerry is already gearing up to get real religious real soon...you watch!

"Watch as I make all things new"
this is interesting. this is the sceen that really moved me. it gives the answer to, why is He doing this?
To make all things new.
This is the feeling of Hope that Mel was talking about. This gives people the hope that they can start their lives over again and be forgiven for their past.

Wait until he tries to take credit for giving the idea to Mel.

I saw the program on PAX last week, and saw how they meticulously applied his beard hair by hair...very time consuming, but it looked so real. I know they used special effects for the nailing, but can't remember what company provided those.

I saw it last night with my wife. The theatre was almost full with a surprising number of high school age kids as well as adults. It struck me that not one person got up during the entire movie. After it ended, we all sat there in silence for a few minites.
It is the most powerful movie that I have ever seen and the best. I am still reeling from it. There are violent parts, but I am struck by the enormity of this event. I have been asking myself why I haven't thought more about this gift throughout my life and it's personal impact on me. For some people (like me), this movie is a real jolt.

AND Jewish to boot!! Hmmmm, while we're at it, let's throw in some black ancestry blood too! :)
Sorry if I wasn't clear on the subject...I'm just making a funny. Ketchup boy wants to be everything to everybody, just like hitlery did during the Senate race where she claimed she had Jewish roots. And Lurch is catering to the black community so I thought let's just throw in some Black ancestry for the heck of it! :)

Wonder if any of the Hollywood executives who took a pass on "The Passion"
are having their anti-depressant dosages increased.
Or are now on suicide watch...
More likely these transitional examples of humanoid-to-reptile de-evolution
are busily dreaming up bigger Bible-based blockbusters with more gore (and some
s-e-x) content in order to hitch their wagons to a "the next big thing".

Kerry is already gearing up to get real religious real soon...you watch! Already happened. Footage shown today of Kerry coming out of Ash Wednesday services with cross on forehead. He looked less than humbled, which is the main purpose of the distribution of ashes on the first day of Lent.
