Geez -- you're right. And I thought the Devils were bad in that regard last year! They had three defensemen -- Stevens, Daneyko, and Albelin -- who were 37 or older.

Though hockey is a fast-paced physical game, it seems that being 'long in the tooth' isn't necessarily a detriment. The Wings have been 'older' for years, yet still consistently play exceptional hockey.
