The "people" obviously don't have a problem with their will being subverted. They haven't taken any REEAAALLLL action to protect it.

Also, these aren't real marriage licenses. They have been altered.

[ The rule of law--it's what America is based on ]

Rule of Law = Whatever 5 or the 9 say is SO, is SO... So let it be parsed so let it be enacted... Diana Ross is more of a Supreme than the Supremes...

The liberals, and their media friends, do not want facts to get in the way of their preconceived opinions.

A "federal court order" is not necessarily law.

Are we the only ones on this thread making that observation?

Not only are they breaking the law, they are subverting the will of the people of CA.

I guess you must have missed the memo... The "will of the people," the cry of the liberal democrat, is only to be followed when it's something that they support.

Remember proposition 187?

Mark

Love him or hate him I think he hit the nail on the head with this article.

I've been down on O'Reilly lately, but I give him a big thumbs up for this column. It's among the best articles I've seen on this issue.

Laws mean nothing to the libs. I remember Gephardt plugging some socialist legislation a year ago. There were many questions about the constitutionality of the bill and he said "it does not matter, this is a good law".

O'Reilly is on target once again - proving that, George Orwell had it right all along!

You can put lipstick on a pig, but it will still be a PIG!!!!!

Has anyone else wondered how Newsome's fairly new wife is taking all this? She is a big time prosecutor and if I were her, I would be wondering how many ways her husband swings.......

Gotta love it! Good graphic LOL

I posted this on another thread but folks we cannot stress enough of STOPPING the "rights" that the dimcrats have MISINTERPRETED for their own benefit!!
To WIN VOTES!!!!!!!

Do we want the Dems in office (for those of you on the fence)when they do not believe in obeying any of our LAWS?????

This may explain what I am saying, my post on another thread:

Thats exactly correct, that passage of inalienable "RIGHTS"
could be interepreted in many different ways that is exactly why we passed FEDERAL LAWS that DEFINED WHAT THOSE RIGHTS ARE!!!

Folks, look at haiti and the rioting, looting, killing all blamed on political unrest, (thats what the g/l "marriages" looked like to me in SF = FreakShow.) There is rioting, killing etc in haiti because there are no LAWS to protect their citizens!!!!!

If the GOP doesnt take an extremely FIRM STAND NOW and stop this lawlessness NOW and enforce ALL LAWS and that includes keyword, ILLEGALS from entering our country and stop companies from employing them ILLEGALLY and STOP g/l MARRIAGES we will be a country like haiti is!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plesae GOP take a firm stand now and enforce the law and stop g/l Marriages!!

Or a mayor in some small town to lift all 2nd ammendment restrictions. I wounder how long that would be allowed to go on.

"Also, these aren't real marriage licenses. They have been altered."

True; but in the 'perception is reality' philosophy of the Libs; this truth is not relevant and is rarely even mentioned in press.

No one has called these 'faux' marriage contracts and no one has asked any of these newlywed, how it feels to pretend to be married.

On one hand you have the reckless law-breaking behavior of San Francisco mayor Gavin Newsom bestowing marriage licenses on gay couples. A few of my gay friends have voiced their support for this. I reminded these friends, who are also pro-choice, that Fresno, California has a pro-life mayor. How would they feel if that mayor decided to ignore the law and keep women from accessing their legal abortion rights?

Great line by Tammy Bruce, see her article here.
