Father who married daughter ordered back to prison
MOBILE, Ala. (AP) -- A 53-year-old man was sent back to prison after a judge decided the man had violated a probation order barring him from cohabitation with his 30-year-old daughter, who is also his former wife.
Mobile County Circuit Judge John Lockett ordered Carroll Eugene Ferdinandsen to prison on Thursday after determining he violated a probation order barring him from cohabitation with Alice Ferdinandsen.
Each had pleaded guilty to incest last summer in connection with their May 2003 civil marriage in Mobile County and served six months in jail before being released in January.
Prosecutors presented police witnesses who testified they found the father and daughter together in motel rooms on two occasions, just days after the couple's release from jail.
Each had pleaded guilty to incest last summer and served six months in jail before being released in January.
Lockett ordered Carroll Ferdinandsen to serve the remainder of a 10-year sentence.
The judge said the state had not proved its case against Alice Ferdinandsen and ruled she had not violated her probation.

I speak truth, Grasshopper.
I got to see him about six months after I dumped him for good, and I was pleased to be able to remark that he'd gained as much weight as he'd lost hair.
After all, why have evil exes if you can't give back?

"I remember that case and I don't recall any mention of homosexuality with the brothers, who were by all accounts somewhat slow..."
Suggest you see the documentry, it was done at the time through interviews of all concerned, all in it are the actual people and the question of the homosexuality aspect comes up several times. It is addressed by the prosecution and neighbors, for they had no friends, and in fact were shunned before the locals closed rank behind those of their own.

Gay marriage is creepy but at least it produces no children, deformed or otherwise. That doesn't stop lesbians like Melissa Etheridge from getting pregnant (off junkie jailbird David Crosby, in her case), or Texas Chidren's Protective Services from allowing gays to adopt, while taking children away from strict Christian parents who cane or otherwise corporeally punish their kids.
Pretty soon, making kids pray more than 30 seconds will constitute abuse severe enough to warrant whisking the kids away from their biological parents and into the embrace of a loving and protective lesbian home.

"Methinks all pompous arsed Yankees need to check out their neighbors there in New Yawk (makes the fictional homosexual cast of "Deliverance" look refined) before shooting off mouths about West Viginny hill billys."
"Deliverance" is the most vicious attack against poor, backcountry Southern whites I've ever seen. Can anybody imagine any other group portrayed the same way as backcountry folks were in this movie?

Uh, just a minute there, Judge. How can the father be guilty of incest and not the daughter?
The definition of incest does require two people. Daddy having sex sans daughter can’t be incest.
Masterbation, perhaps. Not incest.
But, if incest was the situation, then the daughter must also be equally guilty of the crime.
Words have meanings, Judgie Poo.

Now, a female-cucumber relationship would be allowed. Or in the case of the N.O.W.(N.A.G.)/PETA crowd: preferred.
