Amen! I am sick of conservatives dissing Bush. The Dems are INCREDIBLY fired up - if we all do not turn out on election day, we will face at least 4 years of a president that makes Clinton look like Reagan by comparison.

If the Dems were really that fired up, then why are they not voting in the primaries? So for this cycle, except for NH, they've had less turnout for their primaries than in 2000 and many of those voting in their primaries, in open states, are from Republicans and Independents tweaking their process with votes for Edwards, Dean or Clark.
No, the usual squeaky wheels are fired up.

Conservatives are depressed and frustrated by months of incessant Bush bashing by RAT dwarves and their media pals with no reply from Bush. We're venting. Come Nov. 8 or whatever the date, we'll go to the polls and pull the right lever. Staying home would amount to cutting our own throat.

if we all do not turn out on election day, we will face at least 4 years of a president that makes Clinton look like Reagan by comparison. And here I thought fearmongering was the Dems tactic. Kerry is not the liar that Clinton was. Kerry would not walk in with both Houses with Dem majorities as Clinton did. Kerry is the second-in-command in his own home, whereas both Clintons knew they couldn't give a whit what the other thought or felt. Kerry is not the consummate charismatic politician that Clinton was. He won't be able to move any significant numbers of representatives or Americans to back him on anything. If anything, a Kerry Presidency would re-invigorate Congress as the law-making body it is supposed to be.
Now, if SHE is nominated as VP, THAT would be another thing entirely. But a Kerry presidency is not a harbinger of doom (we're all doomed, DOOMED!), and it keeps HER out of the White House, probably forever, and it is likely to extend the GOP majorities in both Houses. The Conservatives in the Court just need to retire the day after the election is over if that happens.

I'm disgusted with some of what Bush has done to placate Democrats. I'm also confused about why we haven't done more to secure the borders;hopefully, more will be done in his second term.
That being said, I admire the President for taking the fight to the bad guys. When I look at Kerry and his defense record, there's only one choice:
BUSH 2004
