Your list of "Mary" Scripture verses is a great answer - and - an assist to those of us defending. It's been 24 hours since I saw the PASSION ... and I'm still big time identifying with Mary, the "mother." - Thanks BUNCHES!

I just saw the movie last night with my wife and others from church, and when the flashback to Jesus stumbling as a small child was shown, my wife, as well as the ladies around us, all stiffened and sat up a bit straighter in their seats!

(thanks to the data I got yesterday about Veronica, I was the only one of our group to notice the cloth after she wiped Jesus' face....)
