From the Dunbartonshire newspaper:
Firm at centre of Clinton row
A Midlothian firm is at the centre of a spat over former US president Bill Clinton using its cabinet-making skills for nearly £1 million for a library project. Opponents say employing Netherfield Visual in Dalkeith makes a mockery of the argument too many jobs go overseas. The foundation building the £105 million Bill Clinton Presidential Library says it had to look for special museum cases. link (Longer story at The Scotsman)
___________
How special can these glass museum cases be? Wow, looks like the Clintonistas are leaving a lot of American union glass cabinet-making guys idle. How will they be able to afford health care?!!?

How much would they charge for a lockbox?

And didn't they use NON-UNION labor to build the thing?
The Horror, the horror!

"But Lindsay Taylor, a spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee, said if Democratic presidential hopefuls Sens. John Kerry of Massachusetts and John Edwards of North Carolina want to criticize Mr. Bush, they can't ignore the Clinton library subcontract."
Just read about this in my local paper this a.m. Am still laughing over it especially this line. This info would serve well down the road as we get closer to 2008 and Hitlery's bid for the WH.
