Why attack them?

Here are a few good reasons to do it:

1)You cannot make them happy, anything short of a theocracy isn't in thier plans.The likeleyhood of them "returning to the fold" are slim and none anyhow.

Note to admin moderator: This poster is attacking others, driving away voters from the GOP, and when asked why, comes up with the above quoted gem, where he claims the ability to divine so incredibly much about others. Strange that the RNC does not share his amazing ESP abilities, or they'd be insulting their voters too, instead of (rightly) working to woo them back to the fold.

He then raves on for a bit, before attacking me too, with this below-the-belt kick:

Probably the stupidest thing I see here on this board by some (and any board) is the SNEERING. If you want the fencesitters to vote your way, you have to make a case to CONVINCE them, not browbeat them. If you browbeat them, there is NO CHANCE IN HELL you'll convince them. In fact, you'll push others into their camp just for an "Up yours" effect.

No one is entitled to a vote. Votes must be earned(not accounting for fraud).

For those backing Bush here(my backing determines on what happens on these gun bills), instead of sneering(not all of you do), try to EARN their votes. If you browbeat, they may even back Kerry.

What I said was all true, you will never make those babies happy until John Kerry is president. Then, they can sit back on thier self-righteous butts and say "see? this is what happens when you make us mad!" Nobody is trying to chase anyone away from the GOP, in fact I'm trying to get some of our less-backbone equipped GOPers to stand by the president rather than abandoning him because of their petty,childish,gripes about how he isn't "respecting" them.

You are obviously a fool if you want John Kerry to be president, and all I can see from your post is that is your goal.

Sorry you are "disenfranchised", maybe you should set your goals down to a "realistic" setting. Or you can wait for John Kerry to "reenfranchise" you since you won't vote for Bush anyway.
