Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is made up of former INS and Customs Investigators. Their primary focus is on interior enforcement.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is made up of INS & Customs border Inspectors and the Border Patrol. Their focus is on border enforcement.
Both are part of Border and Transportation Security (BTS) which is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
