has decided to recruit Secret Service and Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officers A good idea. It is an even better idea that they are not enlisting the trigger happy ATF and DEA agents. If they start using these thugs as air marshals, I might have to quit flying.

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement officers. Who's watching the borders? Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is made up of former INS and Customs Investigators. Their primary focus is on interior enforcement.
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is made up of INS & Customs border Inspectors and the Border Patrol. Their focus is on border enforcement.
Both are part of Border and Transportation Security (BTS) which is part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
In DHS you can’t tell the players without a program.
