I honestly don't think that, if forced to answer the question, "Do you believe these robots 'appreciate' the music you 'play for them'?", they would answer "Yes".

I have a difficult time laughing at what I see to be a complete waste of taxpayer dollars. It's like welfare recipients joking about their checks. I don't find it funny.
