I think Paige's comparison was off though.
I'd say they're closer to an organized crime syndicate than a terrorist group.

I'd say they're closer to an organized crime syndicate than a terrorist group. I agree. Terrorist are in it for the power. Organized crime is in it for the money and the power. Much closer to organized crime.
